2009-2-21 Kawasaki tells them to take out all four motor mounts and cut out every other rubber rib and reinstall them from the pipes that are attached to the motor to point where the mufflers are attached and now you can see the bags vibrating because the bags are sitting on this area ..(it's all connected).
2010-5-12 The vibrations thing is a funny one because before i joined this forum the local kawaski owner said to me he had just fixed vib issues on a customers V and asked me if i had any " i said no" (had the 08 bike already for 6 months)but you guessed it as soon as i left the shop then noticed minor vib but only around town and because i live just out of town the bulk of riding is at open road speed.

2018-4-25 I agree Kawasaki should pay for it, but they won't, just like they won't pay for all the damage caused by them not having lubricated the driveshaft splines during assembly. Fortunately you got it fixed before it did serious damage to the case. I suspect a number of Vulcan 750s were built with this problem.
